LUCKY ME is the lighter, playful side of YONORA — an EP about enjoying life, feeling the music, dancing a little longer, and appreciating the moments that make us feel alive.
After writing songs about courage, humanity, freedom, and finding my voice, I wanted to create something that simply feels good.
Something funky. Something groovy. Something you can turn up at a party, play on a weekend, or listen to when you just want to forget the noise of the world for a while.
Because life isn’t only about what we fight for.
It’s also about what we live for. The music. The laughter. The people we love. The unexpected moments. The freedom to be ourselves.
And sometimes you look at your life — the good, the crazy, the imperfect — and you can only smile and say: Lucky me.

Humanity Has No Borders
Before we had flags, we were human.
Before we were divided by nations, religions, politics, borders, and labels, we shared something much simpler: our humanity.
BEFORE THE FLAGS is a five-song EP about finding that common ground again.
These songs are not about choosing one side of the world against another. They are about choosing humanity. They are about having the courage to speak when others stay silent, refusing to let fear control our voices, and remembering that behind every conflict, every border, and every label are human beings who want to live, love, dream, and be free.
From “Where Is Your Voice?” to “We Are Still Here,” each song carries a different part of the same message: think for yourself, speak with courage, and never allow ideology to erase your compassion.
One of the songs, “Nama Kita Manusia” — Our Name Is Human — expresses the heart of this EP in my native Indonesian language.
I created BEFORE THE FLAGS because I believe humanity should never require us to hate another human being.
Flags may tell us where we come from.
Humanity reminds us who we are.

THE STORY BEHIND THE SONG
When I Found My Voice came from a very personal place — the realization that finding your own voice can sometimes mean losing people who preferred you when you stayed quiet.
The song is about choosing yourself anyway. About speaking honestly, living freely, and accepting that being true to who you are may come with a price.
For me, it marks more than the release of my first single. It is the beginning of another creative journey — turning the things I feel, believe, and refuse to silence into music.
