If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or its paid services.

YONORA is an independent creative website operated by Eiwie Galindo and features original art, writing, music, creative projects, and membership content.

WEBSITE USE
You may use YONORA for lawful personal purposes and to learn about, view, or purchase services and creative work offered through the website.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or restricted areas, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically copy website content without authorization, or use YONORA for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, paintings, images, writing, articles, text, graphics, branding, creative concepts, Studio Editions, music-related creative content, and other original material presented on YONORA are owned by or used with authorization by Eiwie Galindo/YONORA.

You may view YONORA content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products from YONORA content without prior written permission.
Purchasing an artwork, print, membership, or other YONORA product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
YONORA may offer paid membership plans that provide access to selected writing, articles, or other members-only content.
Membership benefits and pricing are described on the website at the time you subscribe.
Membership access is intended for the individual account holder and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS AND RENEWALS
Paid memberships may be billed on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected at checkout.
For the UNAPOLOGETIC membership, the current advertised price is CA$5.99 per month, unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly displayed at checkout.
Recurring memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the membership.
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
YONORA may change membership pricing in the future. Any changes affecting existing recurring memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and communicated where required.
CANCELLATION
Members may cancel a recurring membership to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not normally reverse charges that have already been processed, except where required by applicable law or where YONORA determines that a refund is appropriate.
After cancellation, membership access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

DIGITAL CONTENT
Some YONORA membership benefits consist of digital content that becomes available after membership activation.
Because digital content may be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatically provided simply because a member changes their mind after accessing members-only material.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
ARTWORK, PRINTS AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS
Artwork, fine art prints, Studio Editions, commissions, and other creative products may be offered or discussed through YONORA.
Availability, dimensions, materials, pricing, shipping arrangements, production details, edition information, and other terms may vary by product.
Where a purchase is arranged directly with YONORA, specific payment, shipping, production, and delivery details may be confirmed separately before the transaction is completed.
Colors and appearance displayed on screens may vary from the physical artwork or printed product because of differences in displays, photography, printing processes, materials, and lighting.
COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOM WORK
Commissioned or customized creative work may be subject to separate terms regarding deposits, revisions, timelines, shipping, cancellation, usage rights, and final payment.
Where separate written terms are provided for a commission or custom project, those terms will apply to that project in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
MUSIC AND THIRD-PARTY STREAMING SERVICES
YONORA may provide links to music available through third-party streaming or distribution platforms.
Listening, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise interacting with music through those platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party service.
YONORA is not responsible for the availability, operation, pricing, subscription terms, or technical performance of third-party streaming platforms.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
YONORA may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment processors, streaming platforms, social media platforms, email services, and other external providers.
These third parties operate independently and have their own terms, policies, and practices.
YONORA is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, privacy practices, or services.
USER COMMUNICATIONS
